Founded in 1941 by A.J. Ferraro and his children, Trans-Bridge Lines began as a local transit provider between Washington and Phillipsburg, New Jersey, and Easton, Pennsylvania, expanding over the years to link the Lehigh Valley with New York City, airports, and regional destinations. Over the decades, the company has evolved through mergers and service additions — including commuter routes to Lower Manhattan, Charter Service, and the birth of affiliate company, Trans-Bridge Tours — while maintaining a steadfast commitment to dependable, safe transportation. Today the company operates numerous routes and services from its Bethlehem headquarters as it enters its 85th year in business.

Reflecting on the company’s long history, Tom JeBran also highlighted the influence of the company’s matriarch, Camille JeBran, who recently celebrated her 108th birthday. Having witnessed more than eight decades of industry evolution and family leadership, Camille embodies the company’s enduring legacy.
