Additional Information - Tuesday, October 1, 2024
Passengers:
Thank you for your patience today as we updated our ticketing system. As you can imagine, there are bound to be some issues that arise in any system transfer & we appreciate your patience as we worked to resolve them.

Our ticketing vendor was on-site today at our main facility & has informed us that less than 50 accounts out of over 160,000 accounts may still be affected in scheduling tickets. Those accounts are infrequent travelers. We are confident that our passengers will not have any issues booking tickets or scheduling Commuter Pass tickets this afternoon.

Please note that drivers have been instructed to take names for the remainder of today, and possibly tomorrow morning, when boarding passengers & to lift tickets. With your booked ticket, your name will appear on the driver's manifest. This will be in place until an additional update is done to drivers' scanning devices.
