Ticket processing fees have been updated as follows:
- All ticket purchases online, in person, or by phone to our Main Office will incur a $3 processing fee per ticket (previously $2).
- Commuter Pass purchases will incur a $6 processing fee per pass (previously $4).
Ticket rescheduling fees:
A new standardized rescheduling fee structure is now in place:
- All ticket purchases, whether completed online, in person, or by phone to our Main Office, wil incur a $5 per ticket rescheduling fee, regardless of when the change is made. The prior policy allowing free rescheduling 30 minutes or more before departure is no longer in effect. Previously, tickets rescheduled within 3o minutes of departure incurred a $2 fee.
- Rescheduling fees do not apply to Commuter Passes, which continue to include free rescheduling.
Effective immediately, Commuter Pass holders have eight hours after a missed run to reschedule their
tickets. Previously, the window was 16 hours.
This change will help us more accurately anticipate passenger counts on our runs and better plan our daily operations.
