Casino Day Trips

Reservations
Reservations without payment will be held for 24 Hours.

Payment
Full payment is due within 24 Hours of Reservation. Next day Reservations must be paid in full by end of business day.

Seating
Requests will be taken. Seats will be confirmed with payment. Cancellation All Casino Day Trips are sold on a No Cancellation/No Refund basis.

Reservations without payment will be held for 5 days.

Payment
Payment must be made within 5 days from Reservation Date. We reserve the right to alter the payment on special events and high-demand trips.

Seating
Requests will be taken. Seats will be confirmed with payment.

Cancellation
All Day Tours are sold on a No Cancellation/No Refund basis. Trans-Bridge Tours acts as an agent for its customers, in purchasing tickets for Broadway shows, sporting events and other special entertainment tickets in advance. Once tickets are sold to the customer, tickets become the customer's responsibility.
From time to time, professional sporting leagues have the right to shift the starting times of games to accommodate television network requirements. In these cases, Trans-Bridge Tours will inform all passengers and will operate the trip at the new time. No refunds/credits will be provided if a passenger cannot attend.

Rainchecks for Sports & Other Outdoor Events
Trans-Bridge Tours excursion tickets provide transportation to the scene of the action and admission to the premises. Once such trip is concluded, the Company's obligation has been fulfilled. If the game or event has been rained out, or postponed after the trip departs, no transportation will be provided to the scheduled event on the new date. Ticket Holders should observe the "raincheck" information printed on the ticket. Transportation cost will not be refunded. If the game or event has been canceled, postponed, or rained out prior to trip departure, Ticket Holders will receive their tickets and should follow the "Raincheck" information. A refund of the tour price, less a 15% administrative fee will be issued.

Multi-Day Tours

Reservations
Reservations without payment will be held for 5 days.

Payment
Deposit must be made within 5 days from Reservation Date. Final Payment is due 30 days prior to your departure date. Two and Three Day Tours require a $50 per person deposit and Four through Nine Day Tours require a deposit of $100 per person. Longer Tours have special Deposit and Cancellation Policies, which are presented during the Reservation process.

Seating
Requests will be taken. Seats will be confirmed with payment.

Cancellation
If Cancellation is received from customer 30 days before departure, a full refund will be issued. For Cancellations received less than 30 days and more than 15 days before departure, customer will be issued a full refund, less non-recoverable charges. For Cancellations received less than 15 days and more than 3 days before departure, customer will be charged a $5 per person, per tour day charge, plus any non-recoverable charges. For Cancellations received 3 days or less, customer will be charged in addition to the above charges, a 25% Cancellation Fee. No Shows or Cancellations on Departure Date will forfeit all monies paid. No Refund will be given until 30 days after the scheduled trip returns.

Occupancy Change
In the event where travel companions sharing the same room should need to cancel one or more persons in that room, the remaining Passengers will be responsible for paying the supplemental charge to change occupancy.

Baggage Handling
Baggage handling is always provided. Each passenger is permitted to bring one large piece of luggage for storage in the luggage compartment. A small overnight bag is permitted if handled by the passenger at all times and stored in the overhead compartment. Baggage tags for baggage which is stored under the coach will be provided so that your luggage is handled in the most efficient manner, and also every effort is made to handle passenger's luggage as carefully as possible. We cannot be responsible, assume liability or accept claims for loss or damage due to breakage, theft or fair wear and tear through hotel and group carrier handling. It is important for your own self-interest to make certain you have adequate insurance to cover these eventualities.

Meal Codes
If the cost of the meal is included in the tour price, it will be listed under tour description and always includes tax and gratuity. Meals included are designated under each day: "CB" as Continental Breakfast, "B" for Breakfast, "L" for Lunch & "D" for Dinner.

Tour Rates
Rates include transportation and lodging for each night, including room tax and baggage handling. Hotels, motels and resorts invariably charge a higher rate per person for single accommodations and that is passed onto the customer as a supplemental charge. Rates are also available per person for three and four persons to a room. Meals including tax and gratuity, tours and admissions are only included when designated in bold print.

Cancellation Information

Cancellation by Trans-Bridge Tours Inc
Trans-Bridge Tours reserves the right to withdraw any tour from its schedule, due to lack of participation. If it becomes necessary for Trans-Bridge Tours to cancel a tour, customers may transfer to another tour if there are available vacancies; apply payment to another tour or receive a full refund. Refunds will be returned to the same form of payment initially made. Trans-Bridge Tours sole liability for a full refund is limited only to the amount of monies paid.

Cancellation Due to Weather
If Trans-Bridge Tours is forced to cancel a tour due to weather or natural disaster conditions, every effort will be made to re-schedule the tour. In this case, your boarding passes will only be valid for this tour. If the trip cannot be re-scheduled, a refund in the form of a credit slip will be issued.

On All Tours

Changes on Tours
We reserve the right to make any changes on a tour, which may be necessary. This could be for a variety of reasons including local weather conditions, failure on the part of outside agencies to deliver accommodations, admission tickets, and/or other arrangements or unusual circumstances. Itineraries may be changed, at the discretion of Trans-Bridge Tours, to improve the quality of the tour. Passengers will only be notified if there is an extreme change in the itinerary.

All Festival and Special Event Trips' activities are subject to change. Trans-Bridge Tours plans tours to a specific festival and not a specific activity at the festival. Since changes to festival activities are beyond our control, the cancellation policy is in effect if a passenger chooses to cancel due to the festival activity changes. Furthermore, no refund will be given after the trip returns if a specific activity is not available.

Children's Fares
Children's Fares are based on Ages 11 years and under, unless otherwise noted.

Minors
Passengers must be a minimum of 16 years to travel without an adult.

Form of Payment
We gladly accept cash, local check, Master Card, Visa and Discover.

Gratuity
Your tour includes all necessary gratuities to bellman, doorman, and Dining room gratuities for meals included in your tour itinerary. These gratuities are based on the customary 15% - 20% of total expense. If such personnel provide exceptional service, feel free to add whatever Gratuity you think is suitable.

Gratuity - Your Tour Director & Driver
Tour Director & Driver Gratuity is not included in your tour. For your convenience, an envelope is included for Multi-Day Tours. Suggested gratuity for each tour director and driver, is $1 - $3 per person, per tour day.

Meal Stops
Due to length of travel, meal stops may need to be made on tours at the passenger's expense. Because service, prices and quality of food are beyond the control of Trans-Bridge Tours, choice of such stops is frequently dictated by circumstance. Please exercise patience and understanding if such stops fail to be exactly what you may wish.

Identification
It is the responsibility of each passenger to carry necessary VALID State-Issued Photo Identification and documentation that allows unrestricted travel to the destinations offered in these tours. Valid passports are required for all international travel. Valid State-Issued Identification is required for casino bonuses and admittance. Trans-Bridge Tours is not responsible and will offer no refund for the unused portion of any tour caused by lack of proper identification and documentation.

Parking
Complimentary Parking is available at several locations. Trans-Bridge Tours, Inc. is not responsible for theft and damages to parked cars.

Smoking
All Tours are Non Smoking. Federal and State laws do not permit smoking on public transportation. Offenders may be removed from the motor coach.

Special Needs
It is the intent of Trans-Bridge Tours to comply fully with the Americans with Disabilities Act. Trans-Bridge Tours welcomes customers with disabilities and wants to ensure that everyone's needs are satisfied as thoroughly and effectively as possible. While we make every effort to accommodate persons with disabilities, there may be instances in which full accessibility is limited by historic nature or natural barriers of the attractions(s) or site(s) of a particular tour. In order for us to effectively understand and observe the needs of each customer, please inform us of your concerns over the accessibility of any tour and your special needs as far in advance as possible, but no later than the date of your reservation.

Objectionable Persons
Trans-Bridge Tours reserves the right to decline to accept or decline to retain on a tour any person whose conduct in the sole opinion of the tour operator would in any manner, be prejudicial to the good order of the tour of the enjoyment by others on the tour.

Tickets
Tickets will be held in our office and will be given out on the day of departure by your driver or tour director. Tickets will be released to passengers who request no transportation no earlier than 2 days prior to your trip date. Tickets will only be given in exchange for boarding passes. Trans-Bridge Tours is not responsible for lost or stolen game/event tickets, once tickets have been released from our office.

Motorcoach Transportation
All Trans-Bridge Tour trips utilize the latest motorcoach models and newest equipment whenever possible. Coaches are all-season, climate-controlled, for your utmost in comfort. Each coach has a public address system, as well as a restroom, for your convenience.

Trans-Bridge Tours hires fully reliable motorcoach companies that have earned the highest safety ratings from the U.S. Department of Transportation and the U.S. Department of Defense. Our vendor of choice is Trans-Bridge Lines, Inc.

Our motorcoaches undergo regular and comprehensive maintenance inspections and service. The drivers are safe, reliable and courteous, many of whom boast millions of accident-free miles. Trans-Bridge Tours reserves the right to provide passengers with a comparable means of transportation when a Trans-Bridge Lines' motorcoach is not available.

Responsibility & Insurance
Trans-Bridge Tours acts solely in the capacity of an agent on behalf of tour patrons in arranging transportation, lodging, sight-seeing and other tour services, and, as such, is not responsible for damage, loss, delay, injury or accident due to any act of omission on the part of the company or of the tour. We highly recommend Travel Insurance, which includes Trip Cancellation, Travel accident, and Sickness, and Baggage, for your protection. Travel Insurance is available through Trans-Bridge Tours.
